Beside perhaps Serias, Robin may be the single most feared man in the city. If this is so, then it is only because he is the least understood. Astute observers have noted with some surprise how he can appear apparently at will wherever he wishes, and move about the city with speeds that defy common explanation. Rumors abound of Robin's skill in confounding the revolutionists, (and suspected revolutionists) and there are those that believe he hears and sees everything within the city. There are also those who believe he is the secret power behind both O'Brien and the Union, but no one pays such opinions much mind. In fact, Robin's very existence is a matter of debate among certain circles, although it is commonly accepted as truth. The only certain thing about Robin is he serves O'Brien, and looks spiffing in a bowler hat and cravat.
